Welcome to the Audiology Coordinating Committee issue of Perspectives (Vol. 4, No. 1). The theme of this issue is auditory processing and (central) auditory processing disorders ([C]APD). The contributing authors are Susan Brannen (Monroe 2 Board of Cooperative Educational Services in New York); Patti Johnstone (University of Tennessee, Knoxville); Jeanane Ferre and Fotini Wickman (Private Practice in Oak Park, IL); and Paula Meyers (James A. Haley VA Hospital/Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center and University of South Florida), along with her colleagues James Henry (VA National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research [VA NCRAR], and Oregon Health and Science University) and Tara Zaugg (VA NCRAR). We sincerely thank the authors for their time and effort in helping us bring you this issue, which is available for continuing education units (CEU; see below). We also thank Shaum Bhagat, our Perspectives Issue Manager, anonymous reviewers, and Jeanane Ferre, our Continuing Education Administrator. The opportunity to earn CEUs through self-study of Perspectives is one of the main benefits of Division affiliation, and it would not be possible without Dr. Ferre’s efforts.
